We are taking a few minutes to advise you all that Pedro will be traveling from America III to America IV & I during next week. He can be reached at the roaming number +507 6450 1415. During the month of June we can expect structural changes to allow smoother operations of the four regions: America I, II, III, & IV. We cannot overlook how careful we have to be respecting the different Laws governing the multi jurisdictional effort of the Pan American Integration. We know that these inconveniences... will be over with by the second quarter 2009.
The PDR Exchange (Panama), Inc., will be reclassified from an “FPA” operating entity to a beneficiary company, allowing the new Board of Directors to screen and verify all requests for new shareholders and or associated companies. The PDRex is a very important part of Grupo PANAMERSA and it will be offered to all without frontiers. This means that, common shares previously held by “FPA” will NOW be offered to all without frontiers.
Grupo PANAMERSA is negotiating with a group from Russia and Asia and we will keep you fully advised.
