One of our most underrated political thinkers of modern times, Jose Marti, once said:
Glory and triumph are no more than incentives to the fulfillment of duty. In the practical life of ideas, power is simply respect for all the manifestations of justice, firm determination in the face of the prompting of cruelty or pride. -And when respect for justice disappears and there is no fulfillment of duty, triumph and glory are enveloped in infamy, and power has a senseless, hateful existence.
After making reference to this great statement written in February of 1873, we will now address the progress made by GRUPO PANAMERSA and it's associated companies including PNMS:PK in America II USA which, even though excluded by US Law from doing business is ever present in our Team America's structure after the embargo is lifted against America I Cuba.
This situation we are dealing with is one of the major causes holding back the growth of the PNMS:PK share price to which we are accruing the certain portion of the earnings due in FPA.
Last month's activities of GRUPO PANAMERSA in America I are reviewed here below - each of which will generate a proportionate revenue for PNMS:PK after the lifting of the embargo:
1- Cruceros del Caribe
The new Board of Directors has been selected and Cruceros del Caribe has an administrative office in Panama and an operating company in Havana, Cuba.

As previously announced by Mr. Borges, Cruceros del Pacifico will not be in operation until the Summer of 2009 mainly due to the complexity of the contracts with tour operators in Europe. However, we can say it will be the first cruise line to operate from Cuba to destinations throughout the Caribbean and eventually there could be a stop in the great Port of Miami.

2- Panamericana de Salud
Panamericana de Salud is a new operating enterprise of FPA. It's main objective is to integrate a number of operating health programs dedicated to giving medical advice and services to documented and non-documented Pan American citizens.
In addition to offering the above to all without frontiers, it will also begin to market health, dental and life insurance plans online.
This is an effort brought by operating companies in America I, III and IV. However, companies and Pan Americans of America II are welcome to participate in this endeavor. Please contact Pedro and/or GRUPO PANAMERSA management if you are interested in participating.

Operations are scheduled to begin June 1, 2008. As previously advised, the Mesoamerica Business Center is an initiative of Corporacion Panamersa S.R.L. Costa Rica (1993) and Panamersa Corporation PNMS:PK (2007)
The objective is to offer high technology, fully integrated virtual offices for companies with a sense of belonging in America I, II, III and IV.
