1. Grupo PANAMERSA has grown very rapidly in value due to the business plan that includes the integration of AMERICA I Cuba.
2. PNMS is an AMERICA II USA entity trading publicly, this makes pnms:PK very attractive to many important groups around the world.
3. The Board of Directors of pnms turned down an offer to buy at USD$0.05 PER SHARE all shares in custody in the Fundacion Pan America referred to as (short name "FUNDAPAM").
4. The reason for turning down a private offer was that Grupo PANAMERSA is absolutely sure of its business plan and that pnms:PK's value will exceed the offer.
5. Grupo PANAMERSA wants to assure to all operating companies, associated beneficiaries and crown corporations that the only official news release methods for the group are: the PANAMERSA Blog and FUNDAPAM news network.
6. Please be assured that we will keep the audience well advised of all the major changes within Grupo PANAMERSA that will have a direct effect on pnms:PK on its way to another exchange.

Since its conception Pan America, S.A., has become to be known as PANAMERSA and most recent as Grupo PANAMERSA “G.P.” with its operating team:

Fundacion Pan America “FPA”, operating, associated, beneficiaries and crown corporations all working in unison to assist the creation of Team America for all without frontiers, respecting each nation's sovereignty, autonomy and self determination in joining the commercial integration and the economic development of Pan America, a consolidated Western hemisphere with a sense of belonging to deal with globalization and to mitigate global warming to help us all from extinction.

Today I have returned from AMERICA IV Venezuela & Ecuador and AMERICA I Cuba & Dominica, there we met with prominent businessmen and governments officials to promote Integration following “G.P.” business model to create long-term value to our share, PDR holders, beneficiaries and associates. During our visit we were able to preempt many opportunities for equitable and profitable business ventures, for example:

The formation of a mutual fund with Banco del ALBA to assist and finance agriculture productions needed for better food distribution.

Meso-America Business Center, Sociedad Anonima. < MesoABC.com > an operating company of “G.P.” has negotiated to offer virtual offices, at first, to register to do business in Cuba, including post embargo for US companies, services will include hi-technology services, domain registration .cu, com.cu, net.cu, co.cu, org.cu, etc., emails, mailing addresses, call centers and more.

De soft outsourcing services and IT Services such as network monitoring, development and SaaS services.

Pan Americana de Salud, Sociedad Anonima integrated GeoSalud.com Internet services with Hospital Cira Garcia to provide high-level health consultation services and some types of insurance services for all without frontiers.


In the Republic of Cuba some new programs have been announced and some started to take steps forward to better serve its citizens like a new television services including the Discovery Channel, CNN en Español, cellular telephones services, computers, internet services, visiting tourist facilities, purchases of all types of appliances, mopeds and many more. All these new services create new export opportunities for countries around the world; we estimate the economic impact to be at:

+/- (24millones U/C x 3mil CUC = 72mil millones). Expressed in USD$86.4billion. Please note: a USD$1.00 is equal to CUC$0.80. The 20% difference in the exchange is to offset the cost of the embargo imposed to the Republic of Cuba by the USA.

Also, to maintain our unrestricted, uncensored interlocution I will announce the appointment of Pedro Adrian de la Caridad Borges Fiol aka Pedro Borges Fiol to develop mutual assistance programs to help “Oficina del Programa Martiano” in the AMERICA III region and to help create a joint venture with Grupo PANAMERSA the coordination of the projects of ALMA and ALBA which is one the major programs for the four regions of America. To better clarify this announcement, ALMA stands for “Alternativa Martiana para las America” Jose Marti ideals for the America and ALBA stands for “Alternativa Bolivariana para nuestra America” Simon Bolivar ideals for our America. Both alternatives have been integrated by Grupo PANAMERSA, which stands for the four regions working in concert, for all without frontiers.
