Good Morning Pan Americans...

I, James Finegan, am writing this web log from my hotel room in Costa Rica, as I was invited to come here by Pedro Borges Fiol.

The purpose of my trip is to evaluate and consult with the Directors of PANAMERSA Corporation PNMS:PK to identify and solve the current problems to get the company and its Stock headed in the right direction.

I will not beat about the bush in informing the PNMS:PK shareholders the facts such as they are: 

1. The PDR Exchance (Panama) Inc., and PNMS PDRs, an investment made by some PNMS:PK shareholders that promised great returns, is a bogus investment. This means that the only value in the purchase of a PNMS PDR lies in the actual PNMS:PK shares when the investor recovers them. The Fundacion Pan America “FUNDAPAN” did not authorized the great investment returns or Foundation membership promised by the PDR Exchange and as such will in no way be committed to paying these obligations. Neither FUNDAPAN nor PNMS:PK received any benefit from the PDR Exchange and its activities. It appears that the PDR Exchange has no cash and little if any assets, with incomplete records and books at this time.
2. PNMS:PK itself needs to have its books and regulatory obligation brought up to date.
3. PNMS:PK has too many shares outstanding at the 5.6 Billion Shares. This is about the same number of shares as the Ford Motor Company and this is partially responsible for its low 0.0001 PPS.
4. The company needs to develop some business interest that can grow it's reportable earnings. PNMS:PK currently relies on its non-reportable interest in FUNDAPAN for stock appreciation.

 

In the near term PNMS:PK will reorganize with a business plan that addresses the above problems and other matters. Pedro is very concerned about the PDR Exchange mess and identifying who and how many PNMS:PK shareholders lost due to this hoax, so that some recovery and restitution can be made. 

I know this is not a pleasant report but remember it is the future that counts not the past. We ask all PNMS:PK shareholders to help us make 2009 a great year for a reorganized PANAMERSA Corporation PNMS:PK.
