En el año del señor, Cuba, a 25 de Enero del 2009
QUE?
Tras la historia que nos precede, desde que Cristóbal Colon zarpara en el año 1492, desde el Puerto de Palos de la Frontera, Huelva, España y desembarcara en estas paradisíacas tierras se inicio una nueva etapa cambiando el rumbo de Las América.
Creando las más desafiantes e intrépidas hazañas que jamás se habían escrito, dando comienzo por su repercusión a una nueva era, la de los Piratas, Bucaneros, Corsarios y Filibusteros en Las América, que con pluma y sangre derramada escribieron innumerables leyendas de aventuras y tesoros que hoy en día están por descubrir.
QUIEN?
Desde que salió a la luz el manuscrito de la Obra Literaria Inédita Port Sae ¨La Fortaleza¨, tal como relata, el objetivo constante en su esencia, es rescatar el Patrimonio Histórico de todos aquellos Países que fueron mudos testigos de dicho Legado, el cual manifiesta, clamar y unir la más grande de las tripulaciones donde las haya, y que su voz se transmita con el mayor de los entusiasmos por todos los puertos de los 7 mares, alentándolos a zarpar desde los 5 continentes rumbo a Port Sae, aportando sus riquezas, reuniendo el mayor de los tesoros en "La Fortaleza" más preciada y segura donde las haya.
En el cual están representados todos y cada uno que tras sus hechos, obras u acciones hayan enarbolado la bandera Pirata a través de la Historia.
COMO?
A través de Personas con su compromiso, Empresas con su desempeño y Organismos Oficiales con su colaboración y acreditaciones, uniendo esfuerzos por su trascendencia, lo que surgió como una visión de unir y mostrar todo este Patrimonio Cultural que precede, se ha convertido en un desafío para su desarrollo, proyectándolo en La última Fortaleza de la época colonial denominada Piratas Resort ¨La Pentápolis¨ un escenario único, de primicia internacional
CUANDO?
Tras estos cuatro años de estudio exhausto para emplazar dicho desarrollo y por su complejidad, tal como se ha ido comunicando, el plazo de apertura está previsto para el año 2014.
DONDE?
Para concluir dicho emplazamiento se ha tenido que analizar los hechos históricos de cada país que supuestamente reunía las condiciones apropiadas y realizar el estudio correspondiente del potencial turístico en cada uno de ellos.
El emplazamiento elegido es donde se constituyera la Cofradía de la Hermandad de la Costa en 1620, donde las aguas claras cambian de color, que por la luz y esplendor que proyecta es denominada la Perla del Caribe y como dijo Cristóbal Colon al verla por primera vez, La Tierra más hermosa que jamás han visto mis ojos.
Cuba sin precedentes en su historia, es la que albergara dicho Desarrollo Port Sae ¨La Fortaleza¨, ofreciendo a todo el turismo internacional que la visite, todas las estancias en una ciudad con puerto de mar con el estilo arquitectónico colonial de la época donde poder Visitar, Hospedarse, Residir y Disfrutar del pirata que llevamos dentro, desembarcando y realizando todas aquellas hazañas y aventuras que en él se ofrecen.

WHAT?
